Wifi issues caused stressful check-in experience.

The location of the hotel was good - not very far from Tsutenkaku Tower. Moreover, it was short walk to Namba station which is extremely convenient, the airport and nearby the osaka tower, and other go-to places in Osaka.

The staff - some of them were not so friendly.

We have booked apartment with great facilities. The stuff was very helpful, helped a lot. Location: the hotel was really close to food outlets and convenience store as well as train stations and other go-to places in Osaka. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

We really liked how everything was provided for our stay, from complete amenities like a microwave and washing machine to kitchen utensils. It was great to have everything we needed in the apartment. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently just one train stop away from Namba, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. it would have been nice to have an iron or a spray for clothes to smooth out any creases.

The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of Tsutenkaku Tower.

The location of the unit is fantastic, with easy access to multiple metro and subway stations. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are several convenience stores, including a large supermarket, just across the street. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful environment.

I felt extremely welcome and had no complaints about my stay.

The whole experience was such wonderful. The hotel was great, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful, provided an automated check-in and a late check-out. Also, location was absolutely perfect and comfy, just 5 minutes walk from Tsutenkaku Tower. And it was also not far from food outlets and convenience store and the main areas and convenience stores.

The location was good and magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to Tsutenkaku Iconic Tower. Further, it was not far from close to Namba shopping, shops and train station, and close to food outlets.

Nothing, all great!

We had a fantastic time at E-Stay Ebisu during our family vacation. The spacious and bright room was perfect for us, and the handwritten welcome card was a lovely touch. The soundproofing was excellent, as we couldn't hear the nearby train line at all. It was great to have kids Netflix channels available, as my toddler even picked up some Japanese words. The location was convenient, with Shinsekai and Tennoji zoo just a short walk away.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a stress-free stay at E-Stay Ebisu. The self-check-in process was effortless, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location near the subway station was convenient for exploring the city. The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of the owner, who went above and beyond to assist us when our child fell ill. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was perfect for us as vegetarians, with a well-equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket for all our cooking needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to the nearby train stations. The facilities provided in the room were great, especially the washing machine that had a drying function in the bathroom. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests and ensure our comfort during the rainy season.

The room insulation needs improvement as it became quite cold inside even when tightly locked. some amenities were lacking, such as the limited number of coat hangers and no laundry rack.
